The IBAL has Communities in cities throughout the globe.
Members belong to a community where they live and conduct business. To find a community near you, click on a one in the the list in the right side bar.

We facilitate connections between members and visitors to ensure they receive the maximum return on their time, energy and money when attending any connect or continuing education event.
We provide an atmosphere and environment for growth. Ideas and concepts are developed and transformed into practical steps for immediate use.
The IBAL has a system to support your growth with an individualized plan. It begins with a series of questions to enable IBAL leaders to discern areas for development. The new member profile is designed to identify the areas of need and provides a strategy for growth and is established and monitored along the year. Members identify their goals and objectives. IBAL advisors and leaders work with the member in a strategy session to lay out how the member can use the IBAL to reach their potential. Our continuing education systems allow the member to realize definitive results. We don’t just talk about the ideas or methods for growth we monitor and evaluate each member’s progress and ability to follow their prescribed course of action. It truly is all about our members and their personal and business development.
