Austin recession proof?

Headline in today's Austin Business Journal, picked up from Forbes, says Austin is the nation's 3rd most "recession-proof" city - San Antonio was the leader...High tech growth, very low unemployment, great weather, lots of music, affordable real-estate...who could ask for more? 

Also heard today that over 1 MM sq ft of Class A commercial space downtown is due to be opening in the next year -- lots of room for growth!
